About TYMEFLY

TYMEFLY is a future memory and digital time capsule application developed by AN2APP. Users can securely create Future Memories using photos, videos, voice recordings, and messages for future delivery to themselves or recipients they choose.

When creating a Future Memory, the user selects a future delivery date and time and chooses the preferred delivery method: Email, SMS, or both. If SMS is selected, the user provides the recipient's mobile phone number. TYMEFLY sends transactional SMS notifications only at the scheduled delivery date and time. TYMEFLY does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

1. TYMEFLY SMS Messaging Policy

TYMEFLY sends transactional SMS messages related to scheduled Future Memories and limited account-related notifications.

When a user creates a Future Memory and selects SMS as a delivery method, TYMEFLY sends a transactional SMS notification to the phone number provided by the user only at the scheduled delivery date and time.

SMS messages may include:

Future Memory release notifications

Trusted Contact notifications

Account verification codes

Password reset notifications

Security alerts

TYMEFLY does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out.

2. Privacy

SMS Communications

TYMEFLY uses SMS only for transactional communications related to scheduled Future Memories and limited account-related notifications.

If a user selects SMS as the delivery method when creating a Future Memory, TYMEFLY sends the scheduled notification to the phone number provided by the user only at the selected delivery date and time.

TYMEFLY may also send account-related SMS messages, including:

Account verification codes

Password reset notifications

Security alerts

TYMEFLY does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
