These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and mobile applications published by AN2App LLC, including ScanBite, Doneatly, Any1Park, PorchPal, HypeAlert, Tymeflys, HomeWise, and other apps we publish (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

 

Subscriptions and payments

1. Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown in the app before you purchase.
2. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google under their terms, including cancellations and refunds.
3. Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

 

Acceptable use

1. You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes not:
2. Breaking the law or violating the rights of others;
3. Uploading harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content;
4. Attempting to access other users' accounts or data;
5. Interfering with, reverse engineering, or disrupting the Services;
6. Using automated tools to scrape or overload the Services.

 

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in our apps — photos, tasks, videos, listings, and other materials. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Services for you. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share it.

Marketplace features

Some Services (such as Any1Park) let users transact with each other. We provide the platform but are not a party to agreements between users. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for complying with local laws, and for their own conduct during transactions.

 

AI features

Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate insights, suggestions, or classifications (for example, nutrition estimates or email summaries). AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not medical, financial, legal, or professional advice. Always use your own judgment.

 

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

 

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AN2App LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

 

Termination

You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

 

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

 

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
